In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering the Bus Transport Management System (BTMS) Project under the Opal Next Gen program, this role will see you play a pivotal part in replacing legacy systems and transforming how bus service delivery is managed across NSW.
You’ll support the program as it moves from procurement into delivery, collaborating across technical, business, and operational teams to define requirements, guide implementation, and ensure smooth transition to new systems and processes.
You will drive the successful delivery of major transport technology upgrades in a dynamic and evolving environment.

About you
You’re recognised as a strategic thinker and trusted advisor, skilled at analysing business needs and translating technical and operational requirements into actionable solutions. You possess experience in managing requirements traceability, user acceptance testing, and the deployment of new systems and hardware.
Your understanding of transport operations and business systems, formed through experience in the public transport domain, will see you navigate stakeholder complexity, align business needs, and maintain transparency for senior management throughout delivery.
