About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. This role focuses on understanding business processes, documenting requirements, analyzing API integrations, and working with SQL to validate and troubleshoot data.

We're looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with engineering teams, documenting workflows, analyzing data, and ensuring technical solutions align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Create clear process flows, workflow diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Analyze REST API documentation and understand how systems integrate.
• Write SQL queries to validate data, troubleshoot issues, and support business analysis.
• Read and understand relational database structures to investigate and validate information.
• Work closely with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Support testing efforts by validating data and confirming business requirements are met.
• Communicate technical concepts and project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or a similar technical role.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write queries for data validation and analysis.
• Experience reading database schemas and understanding relational databases.
• Experience with REST APIs and the ability to interpret API documentation.
• Experience creating process maps, workflow diagrams, and functional documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Basic understanding of ETL processes or data integration concepts.
• Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or digital marketing platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
