In this role, you'll:

• Lead business analysis activities across complex projects and initiatives, translating business needs into clear requirements and solutions.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, delivery teams and SMEs to align priorities and outcomes
• Deliver high-quality analysis across requirements, processes, impacts, risks and benefits to support effective decision-making.
• Support business change and transformation, ensuring solutions are practical, operationally ready and aligned with organisational objectives.

About you

• Proven experience leading business analysis activities across complex projects or programs within a multi-disciplinary delivery environment
• Strong experience developing business cases, requirements documentation, process models, and solution options for complex transformation initiatives
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent relevant professional experience
• IIBA or PMI-PBA with additional credentials in Agile (e.g., CSPO, ICP-BAF), Lean Six Sigma, or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2®) are highly desirable
