
About the Role:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll take on advanced tasks with general supervision, significantly contributing to our team’s objectives. You’ll engage in deep analysis, comprehensive process mapping, and lead more complex projects. Your findings and recommendations will play an essential role in driving process improvements and achieving business goals.
Responsibilities:
• Advanced analysis: Conducting more complex analyses and developing business concepts and solutions based on the insights obtained.
• Mentoring: Training and mentoring junior business analysts in best practices and analytical tools.
• Recommendations: Preparing product-related recommendations and identifying new development paths for senior management.
• Innovation: Implementing new analytical methods and tools to improve the efficiency of analyses.
• Stakeholder relations: Building and maintaining relationships with key project stakeholders.
• User interface modeling: Using UX techniques to create user interface mockups.
• Testing: Preparing acceptance criteria and executing test cases.
Skills:
• Strong experience in business analysis (at least 10 years), including requirements gathering, documentation, and validation.
• Proficiency in modeling techniques such as BPMN, UML, and process flow diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro and other requirements management systems.
• Ability to create detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
• Familiarity with API concepts and system integrations.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Ability to define and manage acceptance criteria and support testing processes.
• Experience in UX/UI modeling and creating wireframes or mockups (tools: Figma, UXPin).
• Strong understanding of business process optimization and system design
• Ability to work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Competent in communicating complex ideas clearly.
• Capability to lead and manage parts of complex projects.
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking, high communication skills.
