Requirements

Mission

You will provide direct support to the Product Owner in coordinating user and stakeholder engagement activities as part of the digitalization of business processes, documentation, and associated workflows.

Your role will involve planning, coordinating, and facilitating collaborative workshops, user interviews, and strategic alignment sessions with business leaders, process owners, and management representatives. You will guide discussions to ensure alignment with project objectives, governance principles, and the agreed scope.

You will consolidate, analyze, and synthesize stakeholder feedback, transforming it into actionable recommendations and formalized business requirements. Traceability will be a key aspect of the role: you will maintain action logs and ensure proper tracking of feedback, decisions, and outcomes.

You will facilitate collaboration between business teams, the Product Owner, and IT teams while maintaining neutrality across differing stakeholder perspectives. You will also ensure that engagement activities remain aligned with governance requirements and Agile delivery practices.

In addition, you will actively contribute to change management initiatives by preparing training materials and user documentation. Working autonomously and proactively, you will leverage your expertise in stakeholder engagement and facilitation to drive user adoption of digital solutions and support the transition from traditional document-based processes.

The role requires an on-site presence in Luxembourg, with up to 40% remote work possible depending on business needs.

Technical Environment

Must Have

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading workshops, user interviews, and business alignment sessions.
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and change management skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken (working language).
• Autonomous and proactive mindset.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of the international financial sector.
• Experience in digital transformation and process digitalization initiatives.
