The Opportunity
As a Senior Business Analyst – SAP S/4 SCM, you will lead the analysis and resolution of complex, cross-module SAP issues in Supply Chain Management. You’ll provide consulting services, root-cause analysis, and targeted end-user training while driving opportunities for effective use of SAP technology and solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary SAP support contact for Operations (Materials Management, Distribution, Quality Management, Production Planning).

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for SAP S/4 Supply Chain Operations.

• Provide leadership in SAP S/4HANA production support and problem resolution.

• Liaise between SAP support teams and technical groups to resolve complex issues.

• Ensure compliance with SLAs, change control, and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in projects, upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• 7+ years of experience in SAP S/4 SCM (MM, Distribution, QM, Production Planning).

• Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA SCM configuration/customization.

• Strong understanding of integration with other SAP modules.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Fiori apps, SAP MDG, SAP APO.

• Knowledge of SAP interfaces, IDOC functionality, and 3PL integration.
