Key responsibilities:

  • Analyze the requirements, identify the gaps and propose the enhancement of the solution.
  • Lead cross functional process discussions and deep dives, negotiate appropriate target process, and document as is as well as to be processes.
  • Collaborate and challenge the external IT partners and internal development teams in multiple countries.
  • Evaluate information gathered, making the complex simple, and deliver an answer that drives to best practice and solution scalability.
  • Promote the reference model to minimize the evolution.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in the IT field.
  • Functional knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud is a must.
  • Experience with managing stakeholders within mixed international teams.
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Knowledge of Services Business and/or Digital Customer Relationship and/or UNIFY transformations is considered a plus.
