We have an exciting opportunity atnbnfor a Senior Business Compliance Analyst, supporting our Field Services organisation and reporting intothe Executive Manager Engagement and Business Management.
A bit about your role
An opportunity is available for a Senior Business Analyst (Risk & Operations) to support Field Services through the delivery of robust risk management practices and strong business management support.
This role is primarily focused on key accountabilities thatrepresentthe largest components of the position: Risk Management and Business Management (BM) initiatives. You will support the Operationsand CorporateRiskteamsto deliver first line risk activities, includingmaintainingthe Field Services risk register (ServiceNow), coordinating quarterly risk reviews, tracking treatment plans, and providingtimelyinput into monthly and quarterly risk reporting.
In addition, you will deliver a range of BManalysis andinitiatives across Field Services, including ad hoc project support, supporting and guiding procurement processes and responding to procurement-related queries, supporting senior leaders, delivering attrition analysis and reporting,conducting exit interviews, and managing applications and submissions for industry awards.
You will also contribute to Data Privacy, Security and Regulatory Compliance,including supporting privacy and security matters and providing analysis and insights toassistwith security and fraud investigations, with findings and outcomessubmittedto the Field Services SLT asrequired Safety and wellbeingunderpinsall aspects of the role.
A bit about you
You are an experienced analyst withdemonstratedcapability in a risk, data privacy, or data security compliance role within a complex operational environment. You have a proven ability to implement andmaintaingovernance and reporting disciplines, and to translate frameworks and policy requirements into practical, fit-for-purpose ways of working.
You will bring:
Demonstrated experience supporting first line risk management activities, including risk registers, risk governance, reporting, treatment plan tracking, and risk reviews.
Experience supporting assurance activities, including control testing and engagement with internal audit/second line teams.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to develop productive relationships and provide clear, professional advice across operational and corporate stakeholders.
Capability to deliver business management initiatives, including project support, procurement process support, workforce and attrition reporting, and operational governance activities.
Advanced analytical skills, including advanced Excel and Power BI, with strong attention to detail,planningand prioritisation.
