This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced team where your work will directly influence customer outcomes, operational excellence and regulatory compliance. While this role is offered as a 24-month fixed-term contract, there is strong potential for it to become a permanent opportunity as the program evolves.
The Opportunity
Working closely with the Remediation Project Manager and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll analyse, design and improve end-to-end business processes across multiple remediation initiatives. You'll partner with business, operations, technology and data teams to identify opportunities, solve complex business problems and deliver practical solutions that improve both customer and business outcomes.
This role is best suited to an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys understanding complex business processes, challenging existing ways of working and delivering improvements in fast-moving environments. You'll be trusted to work autonomously while collaborating across a broad range of stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
