Senior Business Analyst – Post Trade & Settlement

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in post-trade, settlement operations, or capital markets to support business analysis and requirements activities within a financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering for settlement workflows, matching, confirmations, and exception handling.
• Analyse and document business requirements and operational needs.
• Develop use case models, process flows, ER models, and functional specifications.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Support the analysis and improvement of post-trade and settlement processes.

Required Experience & Skills

• 8–11+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in post-trade, settlement operations, or capital markets.
• Strong Business Analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Experience with:
• Use case modelling
• Process flows
• ER modelling
• Functional specifications
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and structured requirements.
