MISSION

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the analysis and feasibility assessment of a major payroll transformation initiative within an international organization.

As a senior consultant, you will play a key role in a strategic payroll transformation project aimed at assessing the migration from an existing payroll platform to a modern cloud-based solution. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business and payroll requirements, thoroughly documenting current business processes and system architecture, and conducting a comprehensive Fit-Gap Analysis between the existing solution and the target platform. You will identify functional, technical, process-related, and organizational gaps while assessing risks and the organization's readiness for the transformation.

As the main point of contact for business stakeholders, payroll experts, and project teams, you will facilitate workshops, conduct interviews, and drive discussions to ensure a structured and shared understanding of the project objectives. You will actively contribute to the definition of a high-level implementation roadmap and realistic timeline, delivering high-quality outputs that support strategic decision-making.

Your ability to synthesize complex challenges, provide actionable recommendations, and communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences will be critical to the success of this assignment. You will produce all key project deliverables, including the current-state assessment, Fit-Gap Analysis report, readiness assessment, implementation roadmap, and executive recommendations.

MUST HAVE

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Significant experience in Payroll, HRIS, or payroll transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
• Proven experience in large-scale system migration or transformation programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously within complex environments.
• Experience preparing executive-level reports and recommendations.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with cloud-based payroll solutions.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud Payroll, or similar enterprise payroll platforms.
• Experience conducting readiness assessments and transformation studies.
• Exposure to change management activities.
