Be the IT Oracle AHCS and ARCS expert responsible for Finance Reporting processes and their Record to report stakeholders locally and globally. Lead the execution in Oracle AHCS and ARCS of the Galderma Finance Core Model. Propose opportunities for Oracle AHCS and ARCS to comply with Group Financial standards and reporting. Contribute to the Oracle AHCS and ARCS enhancement in line with the Global Business processes enhancements and simplification in alignment with global strategy and direction.

• Maintain Galderma Accounting Rules in Oracle AHCS and ARCS

• Translate and maintain Cross Validation Rules in Oracle AHCS

• Maintain Galderma Customization through Oracle AHCS and ARCS trans codification Mapping table

• Assist Business Support with resolving complex accounting errors

• Prepare and update functional specifications for interfaces

• Liaise with users for gathering requirements for any new change requests and system design changes

• Log Change Requests for new customizations/ changes and discuss functional design with the Perficient technical team

• Propose changes to EPM Automate Job Schedules

• ARCS: troubleshoot and resolve reconciliation breaks b/w GL - FCCS - PBCS

• Document procedures and training materials for Superledger end users, GPO and Perficient

• End User Support: Assist markets with preparing AHCS adjustments for preparing mapping reclass journals and mapping switches

• End User Support for Superledger applications: queries about access, mapping structures, accounting rules, URL, system navigation, etc.

• Also engage in business analysis activities as needed such as:
  • Gather and document new functional requirements.
  • Provide analysis about complexity and effort estimation based on business requirements.
  • Contribute to project deliverables including vision documents, status reports, test plans, validation protocols, etc.
  • Assist in reviewing the technical requirements for systems, including security, integration, performance, and quality requirements.
• Engage with technical support teams to ensure Oracle AHCS and ARCS and satellite systems are meeting business needs and that changes are delivered as requested.
• Partner with local Finance to ensure continued alignment with global process standards and best practices.
• Partner with internal Control on IT governance initiatives and IT security
• Contribute to budget collection and analysis locally and for global rollup
