What’s the role?

What do I need?

  • Previous experience in business process mapping, impact assessment, change readiness, and integration within Financial Services.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple business process re-engineering or transformation projects.
  • Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders effectively, facilitating workshops, and managing relationships to drive and influence project success.
  • Ability to communicate complex transformational concepts in a clear, accessible manner for a variety of audiences.
  • Experience in migration/data migration preferred
