Việc Làm Tốt (www.vieclamtot.com) is a fast-growing vertical at Chợ Tốt that aims to provide an effective and reliable platform for both job seekers and recruiters. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Business Analyst to join the Monetization team to drive sustainable revenue growth on the platform. The successful candidate will be the key owner of our monetization model and analytics — covering pricing, offerings, and effectiveness across services. We welcome applicants who possess a business mindset, strong analytical capability, and proactively drive necessary initiatives to achieve defined targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the monetization model and analytics — including pricing structures, service offerings, and effectiveness distribution across services. Maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into revenue performance and inform strategic decisions.
Drive recruiter spending uplift on the platform by identifying opportunities through product development, pricing strategy, or new offerings.
Convert listors into new Paying Users (PU) through operational initiatives, special offering design, etc. Analyze user behavior and segmentation to identify high-potential conversion opportunities.
Conduct deep-dive analysis on pricing elasticity, package effectiveness, recruiter willingness-to-pay, and competitive benchmarking to inform monetization decisions.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and practical recommendations to achieve defined revenue targets. Ensure clear and continuous communication across all involved departments.
For delegated projects, develop a detailed plan, track progress, and propose optimization plans to ensure project delivery in both timeline and results.
Identify and assess new market opportunities — explore adjacent monetization avenues, untapped segments, and emerging revenue streams to expand the platform's reach.
Other ad-hoc duties & as assigned and paperwork.
University Graduate with minimum 3-4 years of experience in Business Analyst, Consulting or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, hypothesis-driven approach.
Possess a strong commercial mindset and good business understanding of digital products and marketplace dynamics.
User-focused mindset and a “can do” attitude.
Strong data processing skills and familiarity with SQL, BigQuery, Data Studio (or equivalent BI tools). Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Prior exposure to pricing strategy, monetization, or revenue optimization is a strong plus.
Able to work in a fast-paced team structure under time pressure.
Good data visualization and presentation skills.
Teamwork skill in order to collaborate across teams
