We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and drive the development and optimization of Business Process Management (BPM) solutions in the financial sector.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Designing and developing complex business solutions on the Appian platform
• Ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
• Supporting BPM system configuration, testing, and deployment activities
• Active team collaboration in an agile working environment

You fit this position if you have:

• 5 years of experience in a similar position
• College Degree: completed 3 years of relevant technical or social studies
• Solid understanding of BPM systems (experience with Appian is an advantage)
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL queries
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Active use of English, both spoken and written
