About You
You’re an experienced and proactive business analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments where priorities evolve and change is constant. You bring strong business analysis capability alongside proven project delivery experience, with the confidence to lead a major system migration while remaining hands-on in the detail. Experience in the tourism industry is highly regarded but not essential.
You’re a confident communicator who can engage with a wide range of stakeholders—from technical teams through to business leaders. Highly organised, self-motivated, you work autonomously, take ownership of outcomes and are comfortable being accountable for the successful delivery of a project from planning through to implementation. You’re comfortable navigating changing priorities and ambiguity, adapting quickly while keeping delivery on track.
You’re also a collaborative problem solver who enjoys working across cross-functional teams and stepping in to do the work when needed. With strong analytical and delivery skills, you can move between strategy and execution, translate requirements into action and ensure solutions are practical, user-focused and delivered successfully.

About The Role
Based at our head office in Adelaide, this role will see you operate in a hybrid BA/PM capacity, leading a key software migration project involving a change of core systems, while working across cross-functional teams to deliver system and process improvements that drive business performance.
In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery—from initial discovery and requirements gathering through to planning, implementation, testing, and change management. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can not only coordinate delivery, but also do the work, partnering closely with stakeholders across the business, including IT, external vendors, and operational teams.
You will take ownership of delivery outcomes, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements, maintaining project plans and timelines, and driving momentum across the full project lifecycle. Success in this role will come from your ability to work autonomously, make sound decisions and ensure the migration project is delivered effectively and on time.
