We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst | Intelligent Document Processing & AI Solutions to strengthen our hybrid delivery teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead client workshops and stakeholder meetings to understand business needs related to Intelligent Document Processing, document-heavy workflows, and end-to-end business solutions (e.g. contract lifecycle management, invoice processing);
• Analyse existing business processes and document flows, identify automation opportunities, and design optimized solutions leveraging AI and Machine Learning technologies;
• Contribute to solution design by defining end-to-end architectures and workflows combining document management, AI-based extraction/classification, and downstream business systems;
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, including AI-related use cases, data requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria;
• Collaborate closely with technical teams (AI/ML engineers, developers) to ensure business requirements are correctly implemented and aligned with solution design;
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution scoping, effort estimation, proposal material preparation, and participation in demos or client presentations;
• Contribute to the development of methodologies, templates, and best practices for AI-driven document processing services;
• Provide guidance to junior team members and ensure quality, consistency, and completeness of project deliverables.
  
  

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

• 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, ideally in a consulting or enterprise environment;
• Strong experience in analysing and designing business processes, especially document-centric or automation-driven workflows;
• Good understanding of Intelligent Document Processing concepts, including OCR, document classification, data extraction, and the use of AI/ML in business solutions;
• Experience working with enterprise software solutions su ch as document management systems, workflow platforms, or similar business applications;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Engineering).
