ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a
Senior Business Analyst
to support the implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud, working closely with marketing and product managers to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with data teams, Salesforce admins, and business stakeholders to design and optimize data flows, support analytics and reporting initiatives, and ensure reliable data pipelines. The role requires strong Salesforce platform knowledge, experience with Salesforce configuration, and the ability to bridge technical and business requirements across teams.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work directly with marketing and product managers to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce Data Cloud use cases.
- Design and optimize data flows and integrations within Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Support analytics and reporting by ensuring high-quality, reliable data pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with data teams, Salesforce admins, and business stakeholders to bridge technical and business requirements.
- Contribute to a fresh start implementation (no migration) of Salesforce Data Cloud.
MUST HAVES

4+ years of experience in Salesforce Business Analysis or a related Salesforce functional role

- Experience with
Salesforce Flow Builder
.

Salesforce Administration experience or strong knowledge of Salesforce platform configuration

- Experience with
Agentforce
.
- Strong understanding of
Salesforce CRM processes, including Leads, Accounts, and Opportunities
.
- Basic to intermediate
SQL skills
for data validation and analysis.
- Experience gathering requirements, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
NICE TO HAVES
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Snowflake experience.
- Familiarity with Customer 360.
- Experience supporting analytics and reporting initiatives.
- Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts.
- Experience working with marketing technology or GTM systems.
