As a Business Analyst, you are expected to perform the following responsibilities:

• Develop good understanding of the mobile banking processes and other financial-related processes
• Acquire deep knowledge of Product Management, Business Analysis and Agile
• Perform detailed requirements analysis, help create EPICs and User Stories
• Perform User Acceptance Test, help run Go / No Go release cadence
• Collaborate with Technology team to uncover areas for improvement and align on possible solutions
• Help monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met
• Work closely with the Product Head; help define strategy to deliver the product roadmap
• Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
• Update and maintain Product Documentations such as process flows, best practices, team work flows

Requirements

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance-related, management, or an MBA.
• An experience / knowledge in the banking industry, business analysis, or related field is an advantage
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Experience creating reports and public speaking
• An experience in Google applications including Google docs, Google Spreadsheet, Google Slide is an advantage
• An experience / knowledge in Jira and Confluence is an advantage
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects / engagement at school
