Job Description
The Sr. Business Analyst will act as an internal consultant and will be responsible for providing recommendations to our regional and system executive clients on how to be successful in value-based arrangements. This person will be an excellent communicator and will synthesize complex value-based care performance results into understandable outputs. They will develop strategic insights into readiness for adoption of additional risk in the system and regions' risk arrangement portfolio. This person will need to gain actionable insights from internal tools and other population health sources in order to provide thought leadership to service areas. This person will also ensure the Value Based Care and Population Health Informatics successful completion of service level agreements with internal partners and OKRs within the team's performance management structure.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in health informatics, BSE, BBA, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience communicating with healthcare leadership and front-line caregivers.
- 2 years of experience working with healthcare claims and/or Electronic Medical Record billing data.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience writing complex SQL queries.
- 2 years of Management consulting or technical consulting experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
