Job Description

Argano is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, GTM Operations to strengthen the operational backbone of our go-to-market engine. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Client Partners, Finance, and Delivery, translating GTM strategy into scalable processes, metrics, and systems execution.

The role owns GTM operating requirements, reporting, and data integrity across Salesforce and adjacent GTM systems, driving visibility, consistency, and performance across pipeline, bookings, and account expansion. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with high exposure to GTM leadership.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own GTM requirements by gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements for actionable GTM insights and AI automation, including processes, reporting, agentic, and ongoing systems enhancements.
  • Design, maintain and utilize executive-ready dashboards and KPIs for GTM optimized performance including pipeline coverage, conversion, velocity, forecasting inputs, and GTM productivity.
  • Establish GTM data standards, definitions, and governance to improve Salesforce hygiene, accuracy, and usability.
  • Map current-state GTM workflows (lead to opportunity to quote to booking to delivery handoff) and define future-state improvements.
  • Partner with Sales Performance Mgmt plus Salesforce RevOps, administrators, and delivery teams on configuration, enablement, and release communications.
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and produce clear documentation and leadership-ready summaries.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue/Growth Operations, or Business Analysis within B2B SaaS and/or technology services or consulting environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and familiarity with adjacent GTM systems such as CPQ/CLM, marketing automation (Hubspot), Outreach.io, forecasting, and BI tools.
  • Demonstrated experience building KPI frameworks, dashboards, and operational reporting for GTM leadership with recommendations and actions.
  • Strong requirements documentation, process mapping, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting professional services GTM motions including project-based, managed services, and recurring revenue.
  • Experience operating in a multi-business-unit or matrixed GTM environment.

Salesforce, Excel or Google Sheets, Power BI or Tableau, CPQ/CLM platforms (as applicable), Hubspot, Outreach.io, Qualified, SPIFF, D365.

  • Standardized GTM definitions and data-quality rules adopted across teams.
  • A trusted GTM dashboard suite for leadership covering pipeline health, conversion, velocity, and forecast inputs at the BU, Group BU, Company, Exec, and Board levels.
  • Measurable improvement in CRM hygiene, reporting accuracy, and GTM process adoption.
  • Reduced cycle time and friction across key GTM workflows.
  • Predictable forecasting and KPI attainment.
