
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior TCoE Business Analyst to bridge the gap between the Testing Organization and Business Analysis (BA) teams across multiple business initiatives.
This role serves as the demand and requirements lead within the Testing Center of Excellence, driving requirement understanding, interpretation, decomposition, and quality assurance for testing purposes. The successful candidate will lead and mentor project-level Test BAs, establish requirement management standards for testing teams, and ensure requirements are testable, consistent, complete, and accurately translated into testing assets.
In addition, this role will play a strategic leadership role in defining how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be leveraged across the requirement lifecycle to improve testing effectiveness, accelerate test design, and enable next-generation testing practices such as AI-assisted test case generation, test automation, and intelligent validation.
The ideal candidate possesses strong insurance domain expertise, outstanding analytical capabilities, and a passion for transforming testing organizations through AI-enabled innovation.
