About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a portfolio of strategic projects focused on future developments and innovations within the energy market.
In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders, project teams, and subject matter experts, helping to drive business transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment with evolving market regulations and data management requirements. You will play a central role in facilitating collaboration, managing stakeholder expectations, supporting change initiatives, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Business Analyst across one or more strategic transformation projects.
- Analyze new initiatives, change requests, and business requirements from both organizational and market perspectives.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with process owners, business process analysts, and internal and external subject matter experts.
- Identify, manage, and monitor dependencies across multiple projects.
- Support project teams by providing business expertise and reviewing key deliverables.
- Develop and maintain clear, structured documentation, including decisions, proposals, meeting outcomes, and business requirements.
- Coordinate and participate in internal and external working groups and stakeholder meetings.
- Support business transformation and change management initiatives.
- Develop communication materials, training content, and user adoption resources.
- Create end-to-end (E2E) test scenarios and support testing and acceptance activities.
- Assist with migration and transition activities during project implementations.
- Communicate project status, priorities, risks, and impacts transparently to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business or Functional Analyst within the energy sector.
- Proven experience with Business Process Management (BPM), process optimization, and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement experience.
- Experience in Quality Management and Acceptance Testing.
- Experience supporting Change Management initiatives, including training development and user adoption activities.
- Demonstrable knowledge of MIG6 market processes.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Native-level Dutch language proficiency (CEFR C2).
Preferred Skills
- Experience facilitating workshops and driving consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working within complex transformation or regulatory environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience supporting large-scale business and operational change initiatives.
