Senior Business Analyst (ERP/SAP)

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the evolution and maintenance of a SAP-based budgeting and accounting platform You will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze enhancement requests, coordinate testing activities, and ensure high-quality ERP solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Analyze and challenge business requests to promote simple, high-value solutions.
• 
  Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for releases and projects.
• 
  Coordinate testing activities between external vendors and internal business teams.
• 
  Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• 
  Model business processes using BPMN.
• 
  Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful ERP enhancements and issue resolution.
• 
  Maintain clear documentation and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 
  Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in ERP environments.
• 
  Strong knowledge of general accounting and budget accounting
• 
  Experience with SAP ERP, preferably modules such as FI, FM-BCS, Business Partners, BPC, VIM, TRM, PSCD, or AA
• 
  Experience with BPMN, Jira, and test coordination/UAT.
• 
  Knowledge of web services; familiarity with Sparx Enterprise Architect is an asset.
• 
  Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• 
  Experience in the public sector is a plus.

Languages

• 
  French: Native/Professional proficiency (C2).

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid (minimum 60% onsite).

  Location: Namur, Belgium
