About the role
Senior Business Analyst (ERP)
Up to 18-month fixed term contract
Norwest NSW with one day working from home
This position requires occasional travel for a few days each month, may include VIC interstate trips.
Our ERP program has reached a key milestone, with core systems now in place across critical areas. The focus is on stabilisation, enhancing reporting and analytics, and strengthening business
ownership to ensure the platform supports real operational needs.
As an ERP Business Analyst, you will align business needs with technology solutions by analysing, documenting and improving processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver clear,
effective outcomes.
What you’ll do
About You
You operate with a high degree of autonomy, influencing stakeholders across multiple departments and leading analysis on complex, cross-functional initiatives, including ERP enhancements,
reporting, and process optimisation.
You are a confident stakeholder partner, skilled in eliciting requirements, clarifying expectations, and
removing ambiguity. With a strategic mindset, you assess current processes and design efficient future-state workflows, while supporting change and translating business needs into clear, scalable solutions.
What We’re Looking For
·Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within medium to large organisations.
·Demonstrated experience working with enterprise systems, ideally within complex environments.
·Strong expertise in business process modelling and continuous improvement.
·Advanced analytical capability, with proven experience identifying root causes and delivering actionable insights.
·Highly developed stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
·Proactive, well-organised, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
·Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within tight timeframes.
Ideally, you have experience in manufacturing, logistics, or agriculture, possess a business analysis certification, and are familiar with Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks.
