Job Description

The Company

Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Dexcom began as a small company with a big dream: To forever change how diabetes is managed. To unlock information and insights that drive better health outcomes. Here we are 25 years later, having pioneered an industry. And we're just getting started. We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. To continue what we've started: Improving human health.

We are driven by thousands of ambitious, passionate people worldwide who are willing to fight like warriors to earn the trust of our customers by listening, serving with integrity, thinking big, and being dependable. We've already changed millions of lives and we're ready to change millions more. Our future ambition is to become a leading consumer health technology company while continuing to develop solutions for serious health conditions. We'll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we've come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.

Meet the team:

The Engagement & Service Management (E&SM) team within GBS partners with business and functional leaders to design and deliver integrated solutions that improve performance, scalability, and outcomes across the enterprise. Working within a OneGBS Pod model, the team brings together strategy, analytics, process improvement, program management, operations, and digital enablement. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping solutions from diagnosis through execution while building toward future pod leadership opportunities.

Where you come in:

  • You act as a strategic and hands-on problem solver, supporting the Pod Lead in designing and delivering high-impact GBS solutions.
  • You conduct structured diagnostics, including stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and process mapping, to identify root causes, opportunities, and priority focus areas.
  • You help design target-state processes, operating models, and end-to-end solutions across GBS and functional stakeholders.
  • You develop clear business cases and executive-ready presentations that articulate options, trade-offs, recommendations, and expected impact.
  • You support the Pod Lead and PMO in translating solutions into workplans, milestones, dependencies, and success measures.
  • You track initiative progress, risks, and dependencies, and prepare materials for pod governance forums and stakeholder reviews.
  • You capture and codify learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices, contributing to the ongoing maturity of the pod model.

What makes you successful:

  • You bring experience in strategy, management consulting, business analysis, or transformation roles.
  • You are highly analytical and structured, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • You have excellent PowerPoint storytelling capabilities, crafting clear, executive-level narratives and recommendations.
  • You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders and navigating cross-functional, matrixed environments.
  • You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, moving smoothly from analysis to action.
  • You operate with a strong bias for action and are comfortable working through ambiguity.
  • You are motivated to grow into engagement or pod leadership roles over time.
  • You bring experience in MedTech or other highly regulated industries, which is highly valued.
  • You have exposure to go-to-market strategy, Commercial/Sales, new product introduction, or product strategy, which would be an advantage.
  • You have worked with GBS, shared services, or functional transformations, which is considered a plus.
  • You demonstrate a strong interest in enterprise-level problem solving and value creation beyond individual initiatives, which is seen as an additional strength.
  • You show high learning agility, a strong ownership mindset, and the ability to influence without direct authority, which would help you stand out.

What you’ll get:

  • A comprehensive onboarding and training on the job.
  • Opportunity to work in a diverse and inclusive environment with colleagues representing 51 different nationalities.
  • Hybrid working model, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and in a modern, well-equipped office space.
  • 5 additional vacation days, with potential for more for parents, students, and other cases with approval.
  • Opportunity to work from other countries for up to 30 days per year.
  • Health Insurance including reduced premiums available for dependents.
  • Life and Accident insurance coverage.
  • 3rd Pillar Private Pension plan.
  • Health and Wellness programs, including access to online coaching and therapy sessions
  • Fertility, Family forming, Menopause and Men’s health support services.
  • Regular team-building events that foster collaboration and connection.
