Regulatory change can be complex. Your role is to make it clear, actionable, and impactful.
At ING, we're building a global e-invoicing and e-reporting capability as part of our VAT in the Digital Age (ViDA) programme. We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can bring structure to complexity, connect stakeholders across functions, and help transform regulatory requirements into practical business solutions. This role sits within the Tribe Procurement & Cost Management under COO Finance and offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-visibility global transformation programme.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering ING's ViDA programme by translating regulatory, tax, business, and technology requirements into clear implementation plans and business solutions. You will work with stakeholders across Finance, Tax, Technology, Procurement, Wholesale Banking, Retail Banking, and local ING entities to support the rollout of a global e-invoicing and e-reporting capability.
You will help drive business analysis, process improvements, stakeholder alignment, and implementation planning while ensuring compliance, data quality, and operational readiness.
