What you’ll be doing…

As a Senior Business Analyst , you’ll work within our Digital squads to bring our digital strategy to life—building features, products and experiences that our customers love.

This role sits at the intersection of business and technology. You won’t just document requirements—you’ll understand the problem, shape the solution, and clearly articulate the technical story to ensure high-quality delivery across our digital platforms.

  • Own and drive end-to-end requirements across digital products, ensuring clarity, completeness and alignment to business outcomes
  • Write clear, concise user stories and technical requirements that engineering teams can confidently build from
  • Partner with Product Owners, engineers, architects and designers to deliver high-quality digital experiences at scale
  • Lead workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder engagement across multiple business areas
  • Translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Support testing and validation activities including UAT and business verification
  • Continuously refine and improve BA practices, processes and delivery approaches within Agile squads
  • Influence and support the adoption of Agile ways of working and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, including senior decision-makers, to shape outcomes and drive alignment

You will be great in this role if you have…

  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on high-volume eCommerce or digital platforms
  • Strong ability to produce high-quality, structured requirements and user stories
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms, integrations and customer-facing systems
  • Experience working across Agile, Iterative and Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience presenting to senior audiences
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical outcomes—and vice versa
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge, influence and drive clarity
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and complex delivery landscapes
  • Exposure to AI-enabled products, automation or data-driven decision making

Desirable…

  • Experience in airline, travel or loyalty environments
  • Familiarity with tolls such as Jira, Confluence or Miro
