WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

As a Business Consultant in Delivery Excellence, you will help strengthen and evolve how SimCorp delivers projects and services across the client lifecycle Working closely with colleagues in Delivery Excellence, Global PMO, and delivery teams across regions and service lines, you will contribute to improving delivery standards, methodologies, governance, and enabling tools.

This role is well suited for someone with a solid foundation in delivery, consulting, or PMO environments who enjoys working cross‑functionally, influencing through collaboration, and turning analysis into practical improvements that scale.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of project and service delivery standards across the client lifecycle
  • Collaborate with Delivery Excellence, Global PMO, and delivery organizations to align ways of working and drive consistent adoption
  • Analyse delivery practices, feedback, and data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend pragmatic enhancements
  • Support the creation and maintenance of delivery playbooks, templates, guidance material, and internal enablement content
  • Participate in cross‑functional working groups and initiatives focused on improving quality, efficiency, and predictability of delivery
  • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen handovers, governance, and transitions across delivery phases
  • Support pilots and rollouts of updated standards, processes, or tools and help incorporate lessons learned

Tooling & Innovation

You will also contribute to improving how tools and technology support delivery, including:

  • Supporting standards and best practices for platforms such as monday.com and Azure DevOps
  • Helping define how tooling is used to support planning, reporting, governance, and collaboration across delivery teams
  • Exploring and contributing to the use of AI‑enabled tooling to improve insights, automation, documentation, or decision support across the delivery lifecycle

WHAT WE VALUE

We are looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience from project delivery, service delivery, consulting, PMO, or a similar delivery‑focused environment
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem‑solving
  • Good understanding of delivery methodologies, governance, and lifecycle concepts
  • Ability to work independently within a defined scope and contribute constructively in cross‑functional settings
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with confidence working across teams and seniority levels
  • An interest in tooling, process improvement, and modern delivery practices

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience or working knowledge of monday.com, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
  • Curiosity and appetite for using AI tools in practical delivery contexts
