We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support IT projects within the banking and financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Review and model existing ( As-Is) business processes and design future ( To-Be) processes.
Support IT projects from requirements definition through implementation.
Conduct testing activities for financial applications, including UAT and defect management.
Prepare user manuals, procedures, and business documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.
Contribute to project governance, reporting, and delivery processes.
Support IT migration and system transformation projects when required.
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience as a Business Analyst on IT projects in large banks.
Experience in business process analysis and process improvement.
Experience in testing financial applications.
Experience in project management or project coordination.
Experience writing user manuals and user documentation.
Knowledge of UML modeling techniques.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Good SQL skills.
Knowledge of banking and financial products, such as loans.
Experience with IT migration projects is considered an advantage.
Languages
English: C1 level (required).
French: B2 level (recommended).
Delivery & Governance The successful candidate should be able to work within a structured governance framework, ensuring clear planning, communication, reporting, stakeholder management, and delivery of project objectives.
