In this role, you will support a sustainability‑focused operational initiative by providing business analytics, program management, and change management support across a reverse supply chain lifecycle. You will play a key role in coordinating suppliers, managing contracts, and ensuring that operational change requests are executed accurately and efficiently. Working cross‑functionally with operations, engineering, procurement, legal, and external partners, you will help scale and continuously improve end‑of‑life product processes while maintaining strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.

Compensation Information
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.
For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $90,000 to $1000,000 annually Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
