Merkle is growing its Adobe Experience Cloud Practice and is seeking Business Analysts to support enterprise-scale Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Analytics initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with leading brands, helping them unlock the value of their customer data and create more connected, measurable customer experiences.
As a Business Analyst, you'll serve as the critical bridge between clients, business stakeholders, architects, developers, and analytics teams.
You'll help organizations transform data into strategy by:
✅ Leading discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and requirements gathering
✅ Translating business goals into actionable analytics and measurement strategies
✅ Supporting Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics implementations
✅ Defining KPIs, reporting requirements, and success metrics
✅ Partnering with technical teams to ensure business requirements are delivered effectively
✅ Managing project dependencies across multiple workstreams
✅ Supporting testing, validation, user adoption, and change management activities
✅ Helping clients maximize the value of Adobe Experience Cloud investments
✅ Collaborating on initiatives involving Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)

At dentsu, we believe great work happens when we’re connected. Our way of working combines flexibility with in-person collaboration to spark ideas and strengthen our teams. Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
The annual salary range for this position is $59,000 - $90,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
