We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support corporate banking transformation projects, with a strong focus on corporate lending, payments, and trade finance systems. This role will work closely with the local/ group business teams to play a key role in defining the target operating model, gathering and analysing requirements, driving functional design as well as supporting testing and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and translate business objectives and requirements into actionable solutions.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and validate requirements.

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to ensure successful system modernization and integration.

  • Perform data analysis, define data quality metrics, and establish transformation and mapping logic.

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and provide implementation assistance.


Requirements

  • Education: Tertiary qualification in Finance, Computer Science or a related discipline.

  • Certifications: Business Analyst certification or relevant professional certifications (e.g. ECF) is an advantage.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst within banking or financial institutions.

  • Strong proficiency in data and system analysis as well as change management and transformation techniques.

  • Familiarity with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and customer journey mapping.

  • Knowledge of loan lending products, lending process, payment process and flow, Trade product is preferred.

  • Proactive, innovative, and equipped with excellent communication and analytical skills.

  • Fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
