Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Business Analyst within the Transformation Office. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to impactful business transformations.

Mission Context:

The assignment is within the Transversal Capabilities & Functions department, a multidisciplinary team supporting a wide range of business and IT functions. The focus is on the HR cluster, supporting both functionally and technically all HR tools essential for effective HR management. These tools serve all employees as well as HR specialists, ensuring the proper functioning of processes and systems such as SAP-HR. You will contribute to both major and minor changes, manage recurrent tasks, and handle incidents in collaboration with your squad and end-users.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, challenge, and consolidate the pain points and needs of diverse internal and external stakeholders, developing deep subject matter expertise.
• Collaborate closely with relevant experts to define product concepts, detailed processes, and conceptual and functional architecture.
• Define acceptance criteria for Opuses and Features under your lead.
• Work with the product owner and development team during feature refinement to ensure all necessary information is available.
• Support business and user testing, and assist with organizing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable.
• Continuously challenge and improve existing processes to enhance customer experience, efficiency, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation for uniform execution, incident resolution, and support.
• Apply your aptitude for data analytics to contribute to data model design and enhance reporting activities.

Required Experience and Knowledge:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience as a business analyst.
• Affinity with data analytics and experience in project management are mandatory.
• Agile experience is considered a plus.
