Type of contract: B2B contract

Salary range: 120 - 160 PLN/H

What will you do?

You will work on discovery and delivery of digital banking and investment products, translating product vision into clear requirements and supporting MVP definition in a fast-paced environment.

Your tasks

• Define requirements for payments and related processes
• Capture API H2H and file-based scenarios
• Prepare business rules flows and testable requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Manage and prioritize backlog with stakeholders
• Conduct basic data analysis using SQL
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and tech teams
• Support testing and validate delivered solutions
• Define customer journeys epics and MVP scope
• Support Product Owner in shaping product vision

Requirements

• Experience in payments domain
• Experience in banking or investment processes
• Experience with customer journeys
• Experience with MVP and discovery phase
• Knowledge of onboarding processes
• Knowledge of mobile banking
• Experience as Business Analyst or similar role
• Ability to manage backlog and perform analysis
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Experience in Agile
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Hybrid work in Warsaw (2 office days per week)

Nice to have

• Experience with investment products or wealth management
• Knowledge of MiFID
• Experience in fintech or digital banking
• Experience with mobile or self service design
