Job Description


As a Senior Business Analyst, You Will:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Business Continuity and Process Management Systems (BCPMS).

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand continuity processes, controls, workflows, and operational requirements.

  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for system enhancements and improvements.

  • Support the implementation, enhancement, and integration of BCPMS modules and related enterprise applications.

  • Perform impact analysis for changes in business processes, systems, policies, and operational procedures.

  • Support business continuity planning, risk assessment, incident management, and recovery planning activities.

  • Ensure alignment with business continuity standards, governance frameworks, audit requirements, and regulatory expectations.

  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate feedback, and support successful implementation.

  • Create and maintain documentation including process flows, SOPs, user guides, and functional specifications.

  • Monitor system usage, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous optimization.

  • Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders to support decision-making.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective integration between business processes and IT systems.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong experience in requirement gathering and business process analysis.

  • Strong understanding of Business Continuity Management (BCM) processes, frameworks, and operational resilience practices.

  • Experience working with Business Continuity and Process Management Systems (BCPMS) or similar enterprise platforms.

  • Experience in stakeholder management, documentation, and translating business requirements into functional solutions.

  • Knowledge of process modelling and mapping techniques using tools such as Visio, BPMN, or similar.

  • Understanding of enterprise IT environments, system integrations, and application workflows.

  • Experience supporting UAT, implementation activities, and change management processes.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with business teams, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience working in multicultural and collaborative environments.

  • Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Convert business requirements into structured functional specifications.

  • Support business continuity initiatives and ensure operational readiness.

  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.

  • Communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and process optimization.
