  • 24-month Fixed Term Contract
  • Hybrid working model

What’s the role?

An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Business Analyst to join the BT Financial Group, Transformation team. As a Business Analyst, you will support the implementation of new features for wealth products by working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions. You will use your knowledge of wealth products, including licensing, policies, pricing, and operations, to help drive successful outcomes.

The role involves gathering and analysing business requirements, interpreting data, mapping processes, and identifying opportunities to improve the way the business operates. You will work independently to support business and technology initiatives while ensuring all work aligns with the Westpac Delivery Lifecycle and relevant governance standards.

What will I need?

  • Strong experience in Business Analysis within Financial Services or Wealth Management, with knowledge of Superannuation and Investment products.
  • Skilled in gathering and analysing business requirements, preparing key project deliverables, and working with solution architects to design business solutions.
  • Experienced in conducting impact assessments, root cause analysis, and facilitating stakeholder workshops to support successful project outcomes.
  • Proven ability to manage risks and issues, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and deliver projects in Agile environments using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
