Customer Overview
FedEx has engaged TEKsystems Global Services (TGS) to support the accelerated migration of critical Weekly Forecast Manager (WFM) applications from Palantir Foundry to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
The initiative is part of FedEx's broader strategy to transition ownership of these platforms back to Enterprise IT, reduce costs associated with Palantir Foundry, and align future-state architecture with FedEx's long-term Google Cloud investment strategy.
FedEx is actively migrating three core Weekly Forecast Manager applications supporting APAC, USI, and EU operations. TGS has been selected to deliver the migration effort, modernization activities, and knowledge transfer necessary to successfully sunset the Palantir environment and establish sustainable operations within Google Cloud.
This engagement represents a highly visible, strategic modernization initiative with potential expansion opportunities beyond the initial scope.
