Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst with strong IPO and Share Registry domain expertise in Hong Kong to support a strategic system transformation initiative.

This role is ideal for a experienced BA who can bridge business and technology, with particular strength in converting complex IPO and Share Registry requirements into high-quality functional documentation for development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage business unit stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and process flows to support system development.
• Be part of the business users and work closely with developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
• Support solution design, testing, UAT, and implementation activities.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst delivering technology projects.
• Proven experience writing user stories, functional design documents, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business users and technology teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of IPO and Share Registry operations in Hong Kong will be an advantage
• Experience within financial services, capital markets, registrar, or securities services environments will be an advantage
• Familiar with Jira or similar requirements management tools will be an advantage
