About the role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team on an intial 9-month daily rate contract, offering up to $950 per day (inc super). Supporting strategic digital initiatives, you'll work across business and technology teams to drive discovery, define requirements and help deliver solutions that improve customer experiences and business outcomes. This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact within a fast-paced and collaborative Agile environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading discovery, analysis and requirements activities across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to elicit, validate and document business and system requirements.
• Creating epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and functional documentation.
• Driving story readiness and ensuring requirements are clearly defined and ready for delivery.
• Identifying and managing risks, dependencies, assumptions and scope impacts throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Design, QA and Delivery teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer and business outcomes.
• Contributing to continuous improvement across delivery and business analysis practices.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within complex digital or technology delivery environments.
• Experience delivering digital transformation, customer experience or technology initiatives.
• Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• The ability to translate complex business and technology needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Strong Jira, Confluence and process modelling experience.
• Confidence working through ambiguity and bringing clarity to stakeholders and delivery teams.
• A proactive, outcomes-focused approach with strong ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across business and technology teams.
• Experience within health, insurance, financial services or other regulated environments will be highly regarded.
