T&G is entering a new chapter in technology.
We're building a new technology leadership team and strengthening the way we shape, prioritise and deliver change across the organisation.
We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help turn business challenges into clear requirements, better solutions and measurable outcomes.
Technology change only works when we understand the problem we're trying to solve.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in making sure we get that part right.
You'll work from early discovery and problem definition through to solution design, delivery and benefits realisation. You'll partner with business leaders, Product Owners, delivery leads, architects and engineering teams to create clarity, challenge assumptions and make sure we're solving the right problem.
You'll work across agile, hybrid and traditional delivery environments, adapting your approach to what the initiative actually needs.
This isn't about producing analysis for analysis' sake.
It's about asking good questions, understanding how the business really works and helping people make better decisions.
You'll be an experienced Senior Business Analyst who enjoys working on complex problems and bringing structure to ambiguity.
You'll have significant experience delivering IT-enabled business change and strong capability across requirements elicitation, process analysis and solution definition.
You'll be comfortable working across agile, hybrid and waterfall environments and adapting your approach without losing the rigour needed to deliver good outcomes.
We're looking for someone who can build trust quickly, communicate clearly and challenge constructively. You'll need to be confident working with senior stakeholders while also being comfortable getting into the detail with delivery and technology teams.
You'll be analytical and commercially aware, but also pragmatic. You'll understand that sometimes the best solution isn't the most complicated one.
Experience in enterprise systems, data platforms, digital or ERP transformation would be valuable, as would experience working in a portfolio or PMO-led environment.
We're also looking for someone who is curious about how AI can improve the way we work and is willing to actively adopt AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and quality.
You'll have the opportunity to work across a business where technology change has a very real-world impact.
T&G connects growers, people, customers and markets across a global fresh produce business. That means the problems you'll work on aren't hypothetical. They affect how people operate, collaborate, serve customers and grow the business.
You'll also be joining at an exciting point in our technology journey. We're building new capability, introducing new ways of working and creating a stronger connection between technology and business outcomes.
Your role will be to help make that change clearer, smarter and more valuable.
If you're a Business Analyst who enjoys getting to the heart of a problem and helping people turn ideas into better outcomes, we'd like to hear from you.
Help shape what's next with T&G.
