We are seeking an experienced business and solution expert who can bridge business needs with effective, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management skills, capable of driving complex initiatives, influencing senior leaders, and delivering measurable business value.

This is you

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Solution Design, Business Consulting, Process Improvement, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing and influencing multiple stakeholders, including senior business leaders.

• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective solutions.

• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

• Demonstrated ability to identify risks, assess business impact, and develop mitigation strategies.

• Experience evaluating solution effectiveness, quality, and cost efficiency.

• Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing junior team members is highly desirable.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

This is your role

• Partner with multiple business stakeholders to identify business challenges, opportunities, and strategic objectives.

• Challenge, refine, and validate business requirements to ensure they are clearly defined, insight-driven, and aligned with organizational goals.

• Analyze complex business problems and design sustainable, long-term solutions that deliver measurable value.

• Support organizational resilience and risk management initiatives by identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies.

• Develop and maintain knowledge management frameworks to enable effective knowledge sharing and transfer across the organization.

• Gather, document, and manage detailed business requirements, ensuring alignment between stakeholder expectations and delivered outcomes.

• Evaluate implemented solutions to ensure they meet business and customer needs while remaining cost-effective and operationally sustainable.

• Conduct risk assessments and proactively address potential challenges that could impact project success.

• Provide expert guidance on resolving complex issues within specialized business areas.

• Mentor and support less experienced team members, sharing expertise and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives.
