Reinsurance Business Analyst

We areseekinga motivated and skilledBusiness Analyst with Reinsurance experienceto join ourReinsurance portfolioteam& support from Hyderabad, India locationThe ideal candidate brings 5+ years of Business Analysis experience,goodfoundational knowledge of Ceded Reinsurance conceptsandhands‑onexperience applying standard BA techniques within Agile delivery modelsto deliver business value efficiently and incrementally.
Key Responsibilities
Support requirement discovery and documentation activities through stakeholder interviews, requirementworkshopsand backlog refinement sessions
Partner with Product Owners, end users, developers and QA teams to elicit, analyze,documentandvalidatebusinessfunctional requirements
Assistin the creation and refinement of user stories, acceptancecriteriaand supporting artifacts
Validate that requirements align to business intent, reinsurance processingneedsandproductobjectives
Support test activities by helping clarify requirements,review test cases and participate in requirement validationand defect triage
Maintain a strong understanding of Ceded Reinsurance business workflows and apply that knowledge today‑to‑dayanalysis activities
Contribute to Agile ceremonies andsprintdelivery activities, supporting an iterative, incremental approach to solution delivery
Collaborate withcross‑functionalteams as part of amulti‑vendordelivery model
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of professional Business Analysis experiencesupporting business and technology initiatives
Solid experience applying core BA techniquesincluding:
Requirement elicitation and documentation
User stories and acceptance criteria
Process flows and data mapping
Understanding ofAWScloud infrastructure
ExperienceusingGenerative AI toolstoexpeditebusiness analysisprocessandgeneration ofdocumentation artifacts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in Agile teams
Nice to Have Skills
Experience withProCedeor similar Ceded Reinsurance systems
Basic understanding of Assumed Reinsurance concepts
Exposure to system conversions or migrations involving policy, claim, or reinsurance platforms
Experience supporting integrations and data standards including participation in data mapping andinterfacedocumentation
