👋What are our wishes?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong Agile background to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams in delivering business solutions. The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, improving business processes, supporting solution delivery, and ensuring business needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Information Management, Accounting, or a related field.

• At least 10 years of Business Analysis experience, including 5 years in a Senior Business Analyst role.

• Experience in banking, financial services, or accounting environments.

• Strong experience in business process analysis and documentation.

• Experience supporting Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing.

• Familiarity with vendor management, contract lifecycle management, or government procurement is an advantage.

• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, SDLC, and project lifecycle management.

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management, user stories, and documentation.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, and Power BI

• Knowledge of ITIL best practices is a plus.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and English communication skills.

💼How can you contribute to the team?

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and workshops with stakeholders.

• Analyze, document, and refine business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Maintain project requirements and supporting documentation in Azure DevOps.

• Analyze and improve business processes.

Stakeholder & Project Collaboration

• Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.

• Collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

• Present business requirements and proposed solutions to stakeholders.

• Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication.

Testing & Delivery Support

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.

• Work with QA teams to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.

Monitor and help resolve defects and issues to ensure successful project delivery.

Location: Ortigas, Mandaluyong City

Work Setup: Hybrid (required to report onsite at least once per month, subject to project and business needs)
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Manila Time
Type: Project-based (minimum 1 year, subject to extension) / Staff Augmentation
