Key Tasks

• Translate customer and operational KPI requirements into scalable process, visibility and system capabilities.
• Gather, analyse and define business requirements, collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Drive process standardisation, continuous improvement and automation initiatives across APAC Road.
• Support cluster enablement, solution deployment and business readiness activities.
• Facilitate TMS adoption, knowledge sharing and implementation of best practices across countries.

Success criteria

• Successful delivery of scalable process, visibility and system improvements that support business objectives.
• Increased operational efficiency through standardisation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and adoption of new processes, tools and solutions across APAC Road.
• Effective collaboration between CBO, Operations, PDD and IT, ensuring sustainable implementation and business value realization.

Professional qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, operations, process improvement or business transformation.
• Experience translating business needs into system and process requirements.
• Knowledge of TMS platforms and Road operational processes.
• Strong project coordination & service management and stakeholder management skills.
