This is a consultancy mission delivered by Keystone Solutions. You will join the client's Business Solutions Claims team as a Keystone Solutions Senior Business Analyst, working on-site and closely with stakeholders to lead digital and transversal projects linked to claims management. The Senior Business Analyst will also take the role of project lead for some projects.

The Business Solutions department within the client's Broker Channel and Non-Life developments conceives the most appropriate solutions to support business entities (marketing, sales, operations). As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will contribute to and perform the following activities with and for the client:

• Project management within business solutions and/or across the organization
• Conception and mastering of solutions (ideation, requirements)
• Drive delivery of solutions implemented in the IT department
• Testing, delivery, and support of solutions
• Relationship management within the organization and with external parties

Consultancy Model at Keystone Solutions:

As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will operate on-site at the client's premises, embedded with their teams while supported by Keystone's community of experts. You will bring structure, clarity, and delivery focus to the client's initiatives, applying Keystone's consulting standards and practices. Your day-to-day work will be with the client, while Keystone Solutions provides mentorship, knowledge-sharing, and career advocacy.

Mission Period:

• Expected start date: ASAP
• Duration: 24 months (extension possible depending on project evolution)

Location:

Brussels centre, on-site at the client as a Keystone Solutions consultant.

Language Requirements:

• English: Speaking 2/3, Reading 2/3, Writing 2/3 – Mandatory
• Dutch: Speaking 2/3, Reading 2/3, Writing 2/3 – Preferable
• French: Speaking 2/3, Reading 2/3, Writing 2/3 – Preferable
• Scale: 1 = Basic, 2 = Good, 3 = Fluent

Level of Education Required:

Master in sciences, Economy, IT, Management or equivalent by experience.

Business Experience Required (work experience):

• Mandatory: Experience in insurance (IARD) – Senior (5–8 years)
• Preferable: Experience in Claims process
• Preferable: Understanding business Non-life processes and products

Technical Experience Required (hard skills related to physical or digital tools) – Mandatory:

• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft 365 – Senior (5–8 years)
• Able to write and define clear requirements – Senior (5–8 years)
• Able to create and execute test plans and scenarios – Senior (5–8 years)
• Affinity with IT technologies and architecture – Senior (5–8 years)
• Interest in new technologies & AI – Senior (5–8 years)

Functional Experience Required (job experience in particular industry and in particular function) – Mandatory:
