Job Description

• Understand and analyse the needs coming from the Business or deriving from market changes, proposing sustainable solutions, in line with the entity’s strategic plan, and converting them into detailed requirements                                       
• Analyse incidents in close cooperation with stakeholders, providing solutions to avoid and/or reduce the impact on the bank and clients                                          
• Build and establish networks and relations with other key stakeholders, maintain relationships globally with appropriate partner response Group teams                                       
• Contribute to test definition and control test results, participate to migration, propose control framework to ensure data quality; assess the control framework (procedures and controls) and remediate any possible gap                                              
• Ensure the implementation of the new features and changes in Production environment

• Background in Information Technology, with a focus on Business/ IT relationship management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to engage and motivate teams, encouraging problem-solving and innovation
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
