As a Senior Business Analyst in our Member Domain, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering digital and member experience initiatives. Working closely with Technology, Digital & Data teams, you will help drive transformation by translating business needs into practical, high-quality solutions that enhance member outcomes.

Your New Role

Key duties include but are not limited to;

  • Conduct high-level business analysis, defining and documenting business, process and information requirements using workshops, interviews and research
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define requirements and facilitate workshops to gather insights and drive outcomes
  • Analyse current systems, processes and data to recommend improvements and optimise member experience
  • Develop detailed documentation including requirements, user stories and process maps in tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Support agile delivery through participation in planning sessions, backlog refinement and scrum events
  • Work with delivery partners to support implementation, testing and successful delivery of initiatives
  • Contribute to planning, reporting and estimation activities including cost/benefit analysis and prioritisation
  • Ensure governance, compliance and risk management practices are followed in line with Fund requirements

What You’ll Need

  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst delivering significant digital or transformation initiatives
  • Experience across digital channels, such as customer portals, public website , mobile app
  • Strong ability to gather, analyse and document requirements with minimal supervision
  • Proven capability translating business and technology needs into clear, actionable requirements and solutions
  • Experience working in agile environments, including user stories and iterative delivery approaches
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
  • Ability to balance member needs, regulatory requirements and business objectives to deliver practical outcomes
