Job Description

COSMOTE Global Solutions NV is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the analysis and improvement of business processes, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders and IT teams. The Senior Business Analyst will identify business needs, gather and document requirements, and support project implementation to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

• Prepare business requirements and test cases to develop and enhance the Group Client Portal (GCP). GCP is the single entry point for our clients and external stakeholders to access documents and services
• Prepare business requirements and test cases to maintain the current automated processes (e.g., extraction of specific clauses from contract-based Robot Process Automation, automation of production of document)
• Participate to the meetings with the user community to gather maintenance/enhancement ideas
• Prepare, coordinate and execute testing activities (including non-regression tests)
• Update/prepare user guide when necessary
• Produce the required project documentation (business case, project charter, detailed requirements, test case document, etc.)

Requirements

• Relevant University Degree(Information Technology, Finance or Engineering)
• 7 years of experience as a business analyst
• Sound knowledge of Robot Process Automation (UiPath)
• Sound knowledge of financial instruments (Loan - Equity - Guarantee)
• Knowledge of defect tracking / ticketing tools
• Mastering of office tools like MS-Word, MS-Visio, MS-Excel, MS-Access
• Experience in business analysis and testing
• Knowledge of business analysis, process, and/or data mode ling techniques (e.g. UML, BPMM)
• Team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical ski ls and accuracy
• Strong sense of commitment and problem-solving attitude
• Fluent in English (good command of French would be an advantage) and capacity to communicate clearly and concisely in those languages.
