Role: Sr. Business Analyst

Job Summary: As a Senior digital business analyst, you will be involved in a wide range of activities from deeply understanding the users and business needs to creating detailed and effective user stories for
products. You will work closely with cross-functional Product Development Squads, Product Owners and various business stakeholders. Most importantly, focusing on creating user and business value, exceptional
user experience,analyzing product insights and exceptional product quality.
General Responsibilities
Contributes to the successful definition and implementation of technology that delivers meaningful solutions to the Business Units and functions
• Works with key stakeholders to identify problems, business needs and
successfully translates them into meaningful, effective requirements and user
stories that are useful to the development team
• Is familiar with Agile Scrum activities, and working with UIUX, product owners, developers, testers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Conducting analyses of data and reports to identify opportunities for new
product enhancements or improvements to existing processes or offerings
• Assist the product owner with creating and maintaining a healthy and ordered product backlog
• Develop and document business processes and flow diagrams
• Provides overall product management support where necessary
• Keeps abreast of user experience trends and best practices, and performs UIUX focus group activities to drive best-in-class user experience of Digital and IT’s core products
• Demonstrates ability to communicate well, influence laterally and horizontally, and manage key stakeholders
• Pays high attention to detail and can effectively analyze and conceptualize requirements and processes
• Works well within high volume of work, within collaborative environments, and with projects driven heavily by deadlines
• Perform root cause analysis for reported issues to ensure long term solutions
• User data analytics to validate requirements, measure outcomes and guide decision making

• Possible facilitation of backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint review meeting

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or IT
